For our third paper, I think I may focus on the idea that Hollywood has a habit of ruining our childhood memories. By this I mean stealing iconic pop-culture references and distorting them in such a way that they alienate the reference's original audience.
The laid back and personal style of the article is worthy of emulation. It helps get the point across with out seeming too "preachy". Additionally, the word choice of the author was geared to pull in his intended audience, children of the '80s.
